086 Al Quran Surah At-Tariq - The NightCommer
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
Quran Surah At-Tariq Ayat 1
|
وَالسَّمَاۤءِ وَالطَّارِقِۙ
|
Yusuf Ali By the Sky and the Night-Visitant (therein);- |
Quran Surah At-Tariq Ayat 2
|
وَمَآ اَدْرٰىكَ مَا الطَّارِقُۙ
|
Yusuf Ali And what will explain to thee what the Night-Visitant is?- |
Quran Surah At-Tariq Ayat 3
|
النَّجْمُ الثَّاقِبُۙ
|
Yusuf Ali (It is) the Star of piercing brightness;- |
Quran Surah At-Tariq Ayat 4
|
اِنْ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ لَّمَّا عَلَيْهَا حَافِظٌۗ
|
Yusuf Ali There is no soul but has a protector over it. |
Quran Surah At-Tariq Ayat 5
|
فَلْيَنْظُرِ الْاِنْسَانُ مِمَّ خُلِقَ
|
Yusuf Ali Now let man but think from what he is created! |
Quran Surah At-Tariq Ayat 6
|
خُلِقَ مِنْ مَّاۤءٍ دَافِقٍۙ
|
Yusuf Ali He is created from a drop emitted- |
Quran Surah At-Tariq Ayat 7
|
يَّخْرُجُ مِنْۢ بَيْنِ الصُّلْبِ وَالتَّرَاۤىِٕبِۗ
|
Yusuf Ali Proceeding from between the backbone and the ribs: |
Quran Surah At-Tariq Ayat 8
|
اِنَّهٗ عَلٰى رَجْعِهٖ لَقَادِرٌۗ
|
Yusuf Ali Surely (Allah) is able to bring him back (to life)! |
Quran Surah At-Tariq Ayat 9
|
يَوْمَ تُبْلَى السَّرَاۤىِٕرُۙ
|
Yusuf Ali The Day that (all) things secret will be tested, |
Quran Surah At-Tariq Ayat 10
|
فَمَا لَهٗ مِنْ قُوَّةٍ وَّلَا نَاصِرٍۗ
|
Yusuf Ali (Man) will have no power, and no helper. |
Quran Surah At-Tariq Ayat 11
|
وَالسَّمَاۤءِ ذَاتِ الرَّجْعِۙ
|
Yusuf Ali By the Firmament which returns (in its round), |
Quran Surah At-Tariq Ayat 12
|
وَالْاَرْضِ ذَاتِ الصَّدْعِۙ
|
Yusuf Ali And by the Earth which opens out (for the gushing of springs or the sprouting of vegetation),- |
Quran Surah At-Tariq Ayat 13
|
اِنَّهٗ لَقَوْلٌ فَصْلٌۙ
|
Yusuf Ali Behold this is the Word that distinguishes (Good from Evil): |
Quran Surah At-Tariq Ayat 14
|
وَّمَا هُوَ بِالْهَزْلِۗ
|
Yusuf Ali It is not a thing for amusement. |
Quran Surah At-Tariq Ayat 15
|
اِنَّهُمْ يَكِيْدُوْنَ كَيْدًاۙ
|
Yusuf Ali As for them, they are but plotting a scheme, |
Quran Surah At-Tariq Ayat 16
|
وَّاَكِيْدُ كَيْدًاۖ
|
Yusuf Ali And I am planning a scheme. |
Quran Surah At-Tariq Ayat 17
|
فَمَهِّلِ الْكٰفِرِيْنَ اَمْهِلْهُمْ رُوَيْدًا
|
Yusuf Ali Therefore grant a delay to the Unbelievers: Give respite to them gently (for awhile). |
